Available categories at the IIoT Hackathon

  1. Work on a real AR/VR platform and hardware: Do you have what it takes to create a workable augmented reality plug-in that could support manufacturers in their daily operations?
  2. Smart products with live tracking/ordering: Build a software solution that will allow manufacturing companies to track their product throughout an integrated supply chain including production raw material procurement, production status, delivery and new order/demand from customers.
  3. Remote monitoring and digital twin technology: Build an innovative “Smart Remote Services” or digital twin system that could be integrated to improve operations oversight and efficiency.
  4. Advanced analytics, AI and Machine Learning: Can you develop and manufacturing AI system that could be deployed for industrial companies in just 24 hours? The platform and language is your choice but the end product must dazzle the judges with its ability to analyse and learn from real production data.

Industrial IIoT Hackathon - Here is what you need to know:

  • Hackathon: The Hackathon will start on Sunday (exact location will follow soon). There will be a dedicated area, giving you the chance to focus on developing your own product, tool or feature.
  • Session: You will have 24 hours to work your magic in teams. Coffee, food, drinks, pillows and blankets will be provided.
  • Presentation: Once the time is up, you and your team will have 2 hours to prepare for presenting your idea/project in front of the judges.

Who should join?

Not everybody can think outside the box or call him or herself a hacker.
