Alireza is VP of the KAMAX group and responsible for the digital transformation division of the group, which means organizational, cultural and technological change for future competitive business models and efficient operational processes. He contributes to an innovative organization and agile corporate culture that promotes and enables digital solutions.
Before that he held the position of Global Head of Program Management & Innovation - Digital Transformation at the thyssenkrupp group, of which he joined in 2011. He began his career as a production and logistics engineer with a focus on digital solutions. From 2014 he was responsible for innovation and digitalization initiatives for the entire thyssenkrupp group. In this function he founded a "3D Printing/Additive Manufacturing" startup and managed it as a Managing Director until its successful incubation.
From 2016, he was also the Head of User Requirements of International Data Spaces e.V., where he successfully implemented with various industrial partners (e.g. Volkswagen, Siemens, Microsoft) a secure and sovereign data exchange in cross-company value networks as the basis for smart services. This project was under the supervision and sponsorship of the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
