Jochen is responsible for service innovation at Krones AG with major focus on digitally-enabled business models and the related transformation process, including technological, organizational as well as cultural change. During his professional career Jochen developed a very customer-oriented business perspective, established a strong background in R&D project and portfolio management and gained extensive experience with diverse, cross-functional and globally distributed teams as well as informal internal networks and open innovation.
While technology is often an important driver and enabler for radical innovation and correspondingly frequent in the center of OEMs development activities, Jochen is convinced that a biased view of customer value propositions and lack of innovation culture typically are the crucial obstacles, which need to be consistently addressed and overcome.
